All orders for Club members are processed within 24 hours of being received and therefore cannot be cancelled. If after you receive your Club pack you are not entirely satisfied you may return it to us in the condition in which it was received within 48 hours for a full refund; after this time no refunds will be offered on Club memberships. With any sets of figures ordered which are in stock you will also have 48 hours upon receipt to the return these to us for a full refund if you are not entirely satisfied. However, if you are ordering sets prior to manufacture these are non-refundable. The W. Britain Collectors Club accepts no responsibility for returned items until they are in our possession. Acceptance of a returned item does not necessarily imply that a refund will be made. |

Delivery Policy |

The W. Britain Collectors Club will process and mail all orders within 5 working days of the order being placed if the items you ordered are in stock at that time. If you are pre-ordering a new club set these will be mailed immediately at the time we receive them into our offices in the US/UK, and all details of expected delivery dates for these items will be listed on our literature and this website. |
